Luxebyte LabsThese terms apply when you download or play Tilt Blocks (the “game”), published by Matteo Lamarque, trading as Luxebyte Labs (“we”, “us”). By playing the game you accept them. If you do not, please uninstall it. Google Play’s own terms also apply to the download.
1. A free game
The game is free. It has no accounts, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Rewarded ads are optional
The game offers short video ads in a few places, each for a favour you choose, such as an extra life or more gems. Watching one is always your choice, and the game plays in full if you never do. The ads are provided by Google, under Google’s terms. Ads can be unavailable at any time, and when none is, the offer that needs it is not shown.
3. Gems
- Gems are earned by playing, and are spent on board skins inside the game.
- Gems cannot be bought with money, and they have no money value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- Gems are kept on your phone only. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes them, and we cannot restore them, because we never receive them.
4. Your privacy

5. Changes to the game
We may update, change or remove features of the game, or stop offering it. If a change affects these terms, we will publish the new terms at this address with a new date.
6. The game is provided as is
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it will be free of errors or always work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game, including the loss of scores, progress or gems. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
