Tilt Blocks has no accounts. There is nothing to sign in to, so there is no account to delete. Your games, scores, gems, skins, achievements and settings are kept on your phone, and we never receive them.
1. Delete what the game keeps on your phone
Either of these deletes everything the game has stored:
- Uninstall Tilt Blocks; or
- open Android Settings → Apps → Tilt Blocks → Storage and tap Clear storage (the wording varies by device).
We hold no copy, so we cannot bring it back afterwards. If backup is switched on in your phone’s settings, Android may also keep a copy in your Google account and put it back when you reinstall the game. Google keeps that copy under your account, and you manage it there.
2. What Meta receives
Meta receives data from the game only when all three of these are true:
- you are outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland;
- no US state privacy message applies to you; and
- Main menu → Settings → Share usage statistics is on.
Then Meta’s SDK in the game tells Meta that the game was installed and that it was opened, so that we can measure our own adverts. With those events it sends the Android advertising identifier, a random identifier for this installation and basic facts about the device, and Meta sees your IP address. If the Google Play link that brought the installation contains the letters “fb” or the word “facebook”, as the links in Meta’s adverts do, Meta’s SDK sends that link too, whole; any other link is not sent. The game sends Meta no game events, no scores and no settings. The full list is in Section 3(g) of the privacy policy.
We do not receive this data, so we cannot delete it for you. Meta can.
3. Ask Meta to delete its data
- Stop new data. Turn off Main menu → Settings → Share usage statistics. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising identifier in Settings → Google → Ads (the wording varies by device).
- If you have a Facebook or Instagram account: open Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Your activity off Meta technologies. There you can clear what apps have sent to Meta and disconnect future activity.
- With or without an account: Meta’s privacy policy explains how to exercise your rights, including deletion, and how to contact Meta: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
4. Data held by Google
The optional video ads and the usage statistics are handled by Google, not by us. Usage statistics are kept by Google for 2 months. To delete Google’s data, use the contacts in Google’s privacy policy; the privacy policy, Section 9, says how, and we will help you find the right place.
5. Data we hold: the invite counter
If you used Invite a friend, our one database holds a counter for your random invite code: a number of friends, up to 10, and a time. Nothing in it names you. Email us the code (it is in the link you shared) and we will delete its entry. If you installed from a friend’s link and do not want to be counted, send us that link’s code and we will take your count off it.
6. Contact
Write to us with any request about your data. The full details are in the Tilt Blocks privacy policy.
